| Akashi 2015 3 Years Sake Cask Matured The Ghost Series 明石 2015 清酒桶 鬼魅系列 (500ml 61.5%) 日本威士忌全書(Whisky Rising)作者Stefan Van Eycken選桶的「鬼魅系列」(The Ghost Series)，因酒標皆選用浮世繪大師月岡芳年的「新形三十六怪撰」版畫作品而命名，自2013年起已陸續推出了八個版本，匯集了日本不同蒸餾廠的裝瓶，包含知名已關廠的輕井澤、羽生，每款的發行數量都非常少。 此系列的最新品第九版，也是日本威士忌全書日文版在2018年11月出版之際發售的紀念酒，採用江井嶋酒造-明石蒸餾所的單一酒桶裝瓶，以美國橡木桶製成的日本清酒桶熟成，總發行數限量500瓶。 |
| "The Ghost Series" was selected and launched by Japanese whisky book author of "Whisky Rising" Stefan Van Eycken. Limited release since 2013 have been launched 8 different format, with all different famous distillery in Japan , included Karuizawa , Hanyu. Label of the series were designed with exclusive unique Japan art form. The latest bottling is the " Nine " statements, which is the celebration of this whisky reference book publishing in great Japan market. Bottled in single ex-sake American white oak cask. Only 500 bottles were released. |
