| Chichibu 2009 Single Cask Warrior Series Number One 秩父 2009 單桶 日本武士系列 (700ml 61.9%) 酒廠：秩父 蒸餾：2009年 裝瓶：2017年2月 桶型：法國白葡萄酒桶 桶號：#2369 裝瓶數：265瓶 這瓶秩父在2009年蒸餾後置入雪莉桶內陳年至2013年，之後移至法國白葡萄酒桶中再進行4年的熟成，最後於2017年裝瓶，限量265瓶。整體富含青檸花香、山核桃、水蜜桃、葡萄柚風味和油潤滑順的口感。精緻黑色木盒包裝。 行家報告~ 色澤：深金色。 香氣：白葡萄酒香，水果，清爽，水蜜桃，青檸花。 口感：首先感受到花香，並帶點青草及新鮮葡萄酒香氣。葡萄酒和果香交融帶出像李子和水蜜桃的味道。加幾滴水，呈現青檸花、山核桃和新鮮葡萄柚的苦味。口感非常油潤及滑順。 尾韻：長，油潤，糖漿，隨後帶些薄荷及粉紅葡萄柚香，以及一絲的綠茶味。 |
| Chichibu 2009 Single Cask Warrior Series Number One ~ Distillery: Chichibu Region: Japan Distilled: 2009 Bottled: Feb 2017 Cask Type: French white wine cask Cask Num: #2369 Amount: 265 bottles This whisky was distilled in 2009, matured in a sherry puncheon until 2013, then transferred to a white wine barrel where it matured until 2017. This uncoloured and non-chill filtered whisky was enriched by the flavours of lime blossom, mountain currant, peach, Mirabelle and grapefruit. Tasting Notes~ Colour: Dark gold. Nose: Fresh wine notes, fruity, light, young peaches, lime blossom. Palate: Floral and a bit grassy, with fresh wine notes. The light wine notes interact with subtle fruit notes like mirabelle and peach. When you add some water, lime blossom, mountain currant and a suberb bitterness of fresh grapefruits appear. Very oily and creamy mouth feeling. Finish: Long, oily, syrupy, later some menthol and pink grapefruits. Hints of green tea. |
