Nose : Refined, delicate. Extremely well-balanced, the initial nose is heady, wavering between notes of coconut, vanilla, fresh mint and precious spices (cardamom, ginger). It develops with a refreshing blast of exotic fruit (mango, banana) and herbs (chervil, sorrel). Palate : Clean, firm. Particularly fruity (Williams pear, apple), the attack on the palate is all-encompassing, taking us on a stroll into the heart of a pine forest. Resinous notes and flourishes of liquorice lend smoothness to the mid-palate. Fresh fruit (pineapple, Mirabelle plum) and sweet spices (cinnamon, star anise) gently settle on the edges of the palate. |
