| Nikka Miyagikyo 1988 宮城峽 1988年 原酒 (700ml 50%) 行家報告~ 色澤：金黃色。 氣味：非常奶油，香草，梅子，蜂蜜，泥炭，紅色果醬， 橡膠，海岸，辛香料，咖哩。 口感：帶甜，圓滑，有點辛辣，木材單寧，奶油香草派，泥炭，泡泡糖，黑醋栗，甜點餅乾，雪利，胡椒，淡淡尾運回甘時帶出青草香。 尾韻：長，先刺激口感，最後乾淨。 |
| Nikka Miyagikyo 1988 Bottling Note~ Tasting Note~ Color: Full gold. Nose: Very ‘creamy’ , vanilla , plum pies, honey and pollen, peatiness, ,red berries. Quite perfect, rubber, coastal, spicy, curry. Palate: Sweet, rounded and very spicy, with wood extracts (a few tannins) to the front and a creamy vanilla in the background. The peatiness is a tad more discreet than in the nose but there’s also a little bubblegum and blackcurrant sweets, maybe from some sherry maturing. Some pepper too. With water: the peat comes much more to the front but it becomes also a tad too grassy and looses its sweetness. Finish: Long and very pleasant when neat but quite acrid with water. |
