| Hakushu 2014 Sherry Cask 白州 2014 雪莉桶 (700ml 48%) 行家報告~ 色澤: 深桃紅琥珀色 、油酯豐厚。 香氣: 一開瓶所呈現出來是一種誘人華麗且另人愉悅的優質歐洲雪莉桶香甜感相當明顯。 香氣很豐富多樣、非常濃郁的70%熟柑橘、杏桃果乾、黑醋栗果醬、黑莓果乾、烏梅蜜餞、化核應子、紅葡萄乾、奶油乳酯、有一些70%黑巧克力及拿鐵咖啡味、太妃軟糖的味道，酒質相當優雅及純淨是非常優質的歐洲雪莉桶。 口感: 入口明顯酒體渾厚紮實、亦無當時裝瓶之辛香料刺激及些微火藥感、所表現出來的是大量的熟柑橘類及烏梅蜜餞、化核應子 相當明顯、杏桃果乾、黑醋栗果醬、紅葡萄乾、70%黑巧克力、奶油乳酯、而後感覺圓潤順口、濃郁滑順、 喝起來的感覺其層次變化感及圓潤度感極佳。 尾韻: 非常的綿長、熟柑橘類、紅葡萄乾、烏梅蜜餞、化核應子、黑莓果乾、黑咖啡尤其70%黑巧克力味道最為明顯、渾厚酒體的支撐力很長,、香氣豐富持久。 |
| Hakushu 2014 Sherry Cask Bottling Note~ Suntory has just announced that they will be releasing the 2014 version of that on February 18th. Hakushu Sherry Cask 2014 is the third release of its kind, and just like before, it will be highly limited (3,000 bottles only, which is just half a dozen casks vatted together), highly sought-after (probably gone in less than week) and restricted to the domestic market. It will be bottled at 48%, non-chill filtered. Tasting Note~ Color: Amber with red light rim Nose: First aroma that definitely can tell is from high rank European sherry oak cask , rich in citrus , apricot , dry fruit , cassis jam , black berry , plum , raisin , butter , dark chocolate , toffee ,it’s an elegant and clean one. Palate : rich in mouth ,spice , slightly gunpowder , ripe orange , dark plum and date , dry fruit , smooth body it’s from the oak release butter and nutty flavour. Finish: Long, very jammy, ripe fruity, red raisin , espresso and cocoa. |
