| Nikka Yoichi Single Malt Whisky Bottling Note~ Nikka Yoichi Single Malt Non Age is distinguished by its soft and creamy palate while maintaining the boldness of traditional Yoichi malt whisky. It offers drinkers a light-hearted introduction to the superior quality of Yoichi malt whisky. Tasting Note~ Color : Gold Copper Nose : Begins with a fruitiness (red peach) and pastry qualities (almond paste), then reveals oaky notes and warm spices (cinnamon). At length a slight peaty quality develops. Palate: Lively and fresh, the same notes as on the nose are repeated, with perhaps stronger pepper notes and pleasant nutshell nuances. The peat then returns a little stronger. Finish: It develops into salty and oak tones. A well contained oakiness. |
