| Finlaggan Sherry Finished 艾雷瘋 雪莉風味桶 (700ml 46%) Finlaggan之名源自坐落在艾雷島的海灣，蘇格蘭唐諾氏族(Clan Donald)的一位王裔，曾經把Finlaggan當作權力中心，13~15世紀間的鼎盛時期，勢力僅次於英格蘭與蘇格蘭王室，被奉為海島之王。The Vintage Malt Whisky公司汲取艾雷島被唐諾氏族主宰的概念，挑選優質的艾雷島單一麥芽威士忌，以其權力中心為名推出Finlaggan威士忌系列。 艾雷瘋Finlaggan風味層次感極佳，澎湃而洶湧的煙燻泥煤氣息，傳統地板發芽製程所帶來的濃郁麥芽風味，加上如同軟水打造的純淨纖細，雖然艾雷島威士忌的老饕們，心中早已會意了酒廠出處，但生產商The Vintage Malt Whisky（VMW）依舊守口如瓶，狂熱份子們似乎也津津樂道，想找出答案的挑戰者依舊不計其數，堪稱「艾雷島最神祕的威士忌」。 這款使用頂級西班牙Jerez 的PX雪莉桶，長達12個月的過桶熟成，具有獨家特色的艾雷島雪莉過桶泥煤風味。 行家報告~ 香氣︰豐富的泥煤煙燻和成熟果香味，再加上老皮革與些許的菸草香。 口感︰煙燻、海鹽加上香橙、果乾等風味。為厚重的泥煤添上一筆新鮮的色彩。 尾韻︰溫暖以及柔長的尾韻帶著更多的煙燻及果香，令人回味。 |
| Finlaggan is a historic site on Eilean Mòr in Loch Finlaggan. Loch, island, and Finlaggan Castle lie around two km to the northwest of Ballygrant on Islay. Finlaggan single malt is named after Finlaggan Castle, the seat of the feudal Lord of the Isles in the loch of the same name found in the north of Islay. Finlaggan is a mystery malt and the identity of the producing distillery is, as you'd expect, jealously guarded by the brand owners, The Vintage Malt Whisky Company. Tasting Note ~ Color : Gold Amber. Nose: Rich Peat smoke and big ripe fruits , old leather and a hint of tobacco. Palate : Thick chewy peat and rich fruity notes .
