| BRUICHLADDICH Octomore 8 years Edition 8.1 布萊迪 奧特摩 8.1 超重泥煤 (700ml 59.3%) Bruichladdich超重泥煤味性格的Octomore系列，每批採獨一無二限量發行。2017年裝瓶推出的0.81版，使用100%蘇格蘭大麥原料，2008年蒸餾，以初次填充的美國橡木桶熟成，酒齡8年，泥煤酚質含量達167ppm。 品飲筆記~ 一開始混濁、潮濕泥煙燻，瀝青、泥煤灰氣息，隨後而至的是蜜漬柑橘、胡椒、巧克力、杏仁餅乾、香草軟糖和檸檬餡芬芳，入口後可感受出緩慢蒸餾的金色酒液水果與煙燻的美妙組合，且麥芽香多層豐富！ |
| The Octomore 08.1 edition is: 167 ppm and was distilled in 2008 using 100% Scottish barley, from 2007 harvest. 100% matured in first fill American oak casks, including Buffalo Trace, Clermont Springs, Four Roses, Heaven Hill & Jack Daniels. Tasting Notes~ Colour︰Winter sun, crisp and bright. Nose︰Initially smoke, tar, peat ash hint of muddiness/wet peat moss. Candied orange, pepper, chocolate, macaroon, vanilla fudge and lemon meringue pie. Palate︰Liquid gold, so and delicate texture from slow distillation. Superb fruit/smoke combination. On the lips there is so kiss of salt spray, ozone fresh. Sweet oak gives vanilla, fudge, marzipan and walnut. Melon and citrus come through on a floral breeze. Many layered there is a lot to find in this Octomore. Finish︰Dry peat smoke, iodine and oak sweetness combine. Hints of mint and bog myrtle fade with the lingering peat smoke, as ever, the last flavour to go. |
