| G&M - Speymalt - Macallan 1966 Vintage Bottled 2001 麥卡倫 1966 (700ml 40%) 在Gordon & MacPhail (以下簡稱G&M)所有的產品系列中，Speymalt顯得格外特別。G&M成立以來與蘇格蘭當地許多的蒸餾廠交流合作，包含斯佩賽地區的一些威士忌生產商，G&M是購入新酒(new-make spirit)後自行選桶熟成，直到適當時機再予以裝瓶，而其中唯獨只有一家蒸餾廠，G&M保留推出了專屬的裝瓶系列，那就是Macallan。 Speymalt系列每瓶皆以Vintage標示，另外也有裝瓶年份。這支1966年蒸餾的麥卡倫，入雪莉桶陳放35年後，在2001年裝瓶，長期熟成造就了濃郁深沉的酒色，保有了老麥卡倫的靈魂與味道。 |
| Gordon & MacPhail is an independent bottler and distiller of Scotch Whisky, founded in 1895. The Macallan Distillery produces a wonderfully complex spirit which we then carefully mature in quality oak casks ordered specifically for the 'Speymalt from Macallan Distillery' range.Each bottling carries the vintage of distillation and the year of bottling, capturing an exceptionally mature single malt whisky. This excellent vintage 1966 Macallan Speymalt was bottled in 2001, after approximately 35 years in Sherry wood, by Gordon & MacPhail. Great vintage taste that not exist nowadays market anymore. |
