Tasting Note ~ Color: Pale Amber Nose: Rather discrete at first nosing, whiffs of sherry and a little fresh butter, with a faint smokiness , flowers , a little celery, anise, caramel, roasted nuts, candy sugar, very nicely balanced and quite subtle. Mouth: Very creamy and very fruity, almost thick, coating. Powerful behind the sweetness, a little rough now, walnuts, apple skin, smoky sherry Finish: Mid plus body thick with long finished, British sugar coating biscuit, ginger floral with spice caramel. |
