| Glenfiddich 26 Years Vino Formosa Cask Finish 格蘭菲迪 26年 埔桃酒風味桶 單桶 (700ml 43%) 由格蘭菲迪台灣區品牌大使James Chan詹昌憲，和釀酒師陳千浩博士共同合作，蘇格蘭首次使用陳釀台灣葡萄酒的橡木桶來過桶熟成威士忌，台灣限定酒款，全球限量301瓶。 「埔桃酒」是以台灣金香葡萄所釀的酒精強化葡萄酒，其釀造方法與葡萄牙馬德拉酒（Madeira Wine）類似。2005年「埔桃酒」於台中外埔的樹生酒莊啟動試驗性釀造，2010年獲得法國米其林三星主廚青睞，成為第一瓶於星級餐廳銷售的台灣酒款，去年更首次外銷至法國米其林三星餐廳。至今已在10個國際性葡萄酒比賽中獲得六金七銀一首獎的殊榮，其中2015年更獲得葡萄酒領域中最重要的獎項「IWC國際葡萄酒競賽」首獎(Trophy)，為台灣寫下葡萄酒釀造史上最光榮的一頁，同年與格蘭菲迪台灣區品牌大使James Chan詹昌憲共同攜手，啟動「格蘭菲迪台灣精神Vino Formosa Cask Finish」合作計劃。 此酒款是將釀製埔桃酒的酒桶運至位於蘇格蘭的格蘭菲迪酒廠，品牌大使James與首席調酒師布萊恩．金斯曼（Brian Kinsman）討論後，決定注入已經熟成24年的美國橡木桶威士忌。經過2年時間的醞釀與等待，埔桃酒桶成就了這款有著飽滿的熱帶水果與花香調性、酒體甜美圓潤的「台灣精神」威士忌。 此外，格蘭菲迪「台灣精神」埔桃酒風味桶單一麥芽威士忌的外包裝則是由金馬、金曲設計師方序中大師操刀，設計理念以中西合併、跨國界的創意激盪為主。 行家報告~ 香氣︰濃郁的木質芳香融合豐富的熱帶水果香味，過桶熟成加強了熱帶香料般的氣息。 口感︰甜美濃郁的熱帶水果滋味，優雅的橡木平衡，酒體厚實，層次豐富。 尾韻︰飽滿的甜味點綴著絲綢般淡雅的木質香氣，在口中徘徊縈繞許久不散。 得獎紀錄~ 2018年ISC國際烈酒競賽金牌 2018年IWSC國際葡萄酒暨烈酒大賽金牌 |
| Glenfiddich Vino Formosa Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky “Spirit of Taiwan” is the product of a collaboration between James Chan, Glenfiddich’s Brand Ambassador (Taiwan), and winemaker Dr. Chen Chien-hao. Limited to only 301 bottles worldwide. “Vino Formosa (Moscato Oro Vino Fortificato, NV)” is a fortified wine made from Taiwan’s golden muscat grapes; the winemaking process is similar to the one of making Madeira. This is the first time casks used for ageing wine in Taiwan are used for finishing Scotch whisky in Scotland. The highly anticipated expression has already attracted attention as collectors in Europe have already been waiting for the pre-order. By releasing Glenfiddich Vino Formosa Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky “Spirit of Taiwan,” Glenfiddich has again proved its leadership in the single malt Scotch whisky market with the innovative move. Matured in American oak for approximately 24 years this Glendiddich is rich in vanilla, oaky sweetness. The final 2 years of maturation in a Vino Formosa cask has lifted the fruitiness to a new level. Tasting Notes~ Colour: Rich Gold Nose: Rich and robust oakiness with an intense fruity character. The ripe apple and pear notes have been intensified during the maturation in a Vino Formosa cask resulting in hints of tropical fruits intertwined with subtle spices and sweet vanilla. Taste: Beautifully sweet with a silky smooth and mellow palate. The balance of rich fruits and oak delivers a long lasting journey of flavour.
