| Glenfiddich 21 years Winter Storm 格蘭菲迪 21年 冰風暴 冰酒桶 實驗室系列#03 (700ml 43%) 冰酒（Icewine）是一種甜酒，在偏寒冷的地方生產，因為它以被霜冰凍的葡萄作為釀酒原料，所以喝起來甜度高，酒精濃度也高。格蘭菲迪首席調酒師Brian Kinsman在加拿大Niagara附近著名的Peller Estates酒莊經歷了-10°C的環境中採收冰凍的葡萄，此過程啟發了他的靈感，回國後他嚐試了幾種來自加拿大的法國橡木冰酒桶，實驗性注入不同年份的格蘭菲迪麥芽原酒熟成6個月的時間，最後發掘稀有的21年格蘭菲迪威士忌最能呈現出平衡的口感，因橡木桶中的含有更多單寧，帶出獨特的新鮮荔枝風味，而非僅是只有甜味，讓整體更增添複雜層次感 。最終成品完美結合了威士忌溫暖的靈魂與冰凍葡萄的冷冽。 行家報告~ 色澤：金黃色 聞香：聞起來有熱帶水果的香氣，蜜餞甜味，與底層葡萄酒香味完美平衡 口感：喝起來帶有柔軟的甜味，令人聯想到水果 尾韻：最後留下短暫卻令人印象深刻的餘韻 |
| Glenfiddich 21 years Winter Storm~ Winter Storm is aged for 21years and finished in small batches of icewine casks from Canada. It is best enjoyed with a frozen grape in a frozen glass. Llimited edition, when it’s gone it’s gone, just like the winter storm. The taste is a perfect combination of both pioneering liquids, the heightened candied sweets and oakiness of Glenfiddich are complemented by mouth-watering tropical fruit notes and a luscious sweetness from the unique Icewine cask finish. Tasting Notes~ Colour: Golden. Nose: A bouquet of tropical fruit and candied sweets are perfectly balanced with underlying wine notes. Taste: Soft sweet notes reminiscent of candied fruit and Turkish delight develop into flavours of mouth watering lychee. The fusion of sweet flavours is soon met with a rich drying sensation from the Icewine Finish: Short and crisp. |
