| Speyburn 25 year old is matured for a quarter of a century in American white oak Fino sherry and bourbon casks, carefully select by the distillery manager Robert Anderson. This slow process produces a multi-award winning single malt whisky of exceptional depth, complexity and balance. Tasting Notes~ Colour: Light gold. Nose: With a vibrant and bright aroma rich with lime honey and lemon peel notes, accentuated by fragrant tropical fruit. Palate: Rounded and full-bodied. Sweet to begin with, it opens up with toffee, creamy vanilla and pink grapefruit flavours. Finish: Drifts gently towards a long and warning finish. |
