Springbank 11 years Local Barley 雲頂 11年 坎培爾鎮大麥 (700ml 53.1%) ■ 蒸餾︰2006年2月 ■ 裝瓶︰2017年2月 ■ 年份︰11年 ■ 麥種︰Bere ■ 桶型︰波本桶 ■ 裝瓶數︰9000瓶 Local Barley是雲頂酒廠相當具代表性的系列之一,顧名思義就是採用坎培爾鎮當地種植的大麥進行釀造,最早之前的Local Barley系列酒款,曾在90年代中期陸續問市,但當時是以1965~1966年蒸餾、熟成30年以上高年份的單桶原酒形式推出,自2001年後便未再繼續裝瓶,在暌違多年後,於2016年推出全新的Local Barley系列雲頂16年,在市場上備受好評,預計在五年內會推出五款新的Local Barley酒款。 這瓶「雲頂11年」為Local Barley系列第二款,使用雲頂酒廠附近Aros農場當地種植的Bere大麥,依循傳統工法釀造,2006年蒸餾入桶,2017年裝瓶上市,限量9000瓶。 行家報告~ 香氣︰交融著甜味及海鹹味,之後陸續嗅聞到奶油、香草、梨子及葡萄乾香氣。 口感︰甜美圓潤,具有非常微妙的煙燻泥煤味,結合了奶油、水果及礦物味道。 尾韻︰相較剛入口時,泥煤味有稍微突出,伴隨著糖果和檸檬的清爽韻味。 |
Springbank 11 years Local Barley ~ ■ Distilled: February 2006 ■ Bottled: February 2017 ■ Age: 11 yo ■ Barley Type: Bere ■ Cask Type: EX-Bourbon Casks ■ Amount: 9000 bottles This expression is the second in a series of Local Barley expressions done by Springbank, following the excellent 16 year old. This expression is made from Bere barley, while last year’s was made from Prisma. This Springbank has matured in ex-bourbon casks and is bottled at 53,1% ABV, limited to 9.000 bottles. The barley used is a bere barley which was used quite a lot in the 19th century for making Scotch. Tasting Notes~ Nose: Initially Sweet and briny before notes of butter shortbread, vanilla, pear drops and raisin develop. Palate: Sweet and rounded with a very subtle peat influence combining with butter tablet, soft fruit and mineral notes. Finish: The peat is slightly more prominent and integrates well with lighter notes of candy and lemon zest. |
