| Littlemill 27 years 2017 Private Cellar Edition 小磨坊 27年 2017酒窖珍藏版 限量OB (750ml 51.3%) 位在蘇格蘭低地區的Littlemill蒸餾廠在1994年關廠，之後易主至Loch Lomond Distillery，然而2004年的一場意外大火讓廠內大部分的資產付之一炬，使遺留下來的老酒增添獨特價值。 這款罕見OB原廠裝瓶，是首席調酒師Michael Henry的最新作品，精選8個1990年5月蒸餾、已熟成26年的Refill波本桶原酒進行勾兌調配，之後改注入於新波本桶中繼續熟成1年增添風味層次，最後以原桶強度51.3%裝瓶。全球限量500瓶，每瓶皆有獨立專屬編號，精美木盒內另附有一瓶50ml的精緻袖珍瓶，和熟成老橡木桶所切割製成的珍貴木塊，不只享受品嚐，更值得長久珍藏紀念。 行家報告~ 香氣︰薄荷和尤加利樹的綠色草本味，帶出金銀花及薰衣草的天然花香調，以及雪松木質氣息。 口感︰充滿奔放的果味，帶有一絲甜味，擁有令人垂涎的青蘋果、葡萄柚和多汁的鳳梨味道，隨後呈現綠茶及蜂蜜甜味。 尾韻︰綿長的薄荷和糖漿愉悅味覺，最後以薑黃、肉豆蔻溫暖的香料味收尾。 |
| Littlemill 27 years 2017 Private Cellar Edition ~ A rare bottling of Littlemill single malt Scotch whisky, released for the Private Cellar Edition series. This is a 27 year old Lowland single malt, which was matured in May 1990 , eight refill bourbon casks matured for 26 years and married together for 12 months in fresh bourbon barrels before bottling at a cask strength of 51.3% abv. Only 500 of these were produced, and each one also comes with a 5cl miniature of the whisky, as well as a section of a stave from one of casks that matured the whisky! Tasting Notes~ Nose: Green herbal notes of peppermint and eucalyptus lead into natural perfumed floral bursts of honeysuckle and lavender. Cedar wood elements give structure. Palate: Vibrant fruit is prominent with a background subtle sweet character. Mouth-watering crisp green apple, zesty grapefruit and tart juicy pineapple are followed by green tea notes and a delicate clover honey sweetness. Finish: Warming spice of stem ginger and nutmeg liven the tongue before a long peppermint and sugar syrup finish. |
