| Glen Scotia Victoriana Exceptinally Rare 格蘭帝 維多利亞 原酒 (700ml 51.5%) Glen Scotia斯高夏成立於1832年，位於蘇格蘭知名的產區Campbeltown坎培爾鎮，過去這個產區曾經是蘇格蘭酒廠密度最高的產區，全盛時期竟然高達二十九間取得授權的合法蘇格蘭單一麥芽酒廠，早期稱該區為"蘇格蘭威士忌之都"。由於供過於求，加上七零~八零年代調和威士忌的需求盛行，酒商為了生產柔順風格的威士忌，皆開始移往Speyside斯佩賽地區興建單一麥芽酒廠，世界經濟大蕭條之後酒廠紛紛關廠，坎培爾鎮也漸漸沒落。目前整個產區僅剩下三間酒廠，一間是知名風雲酒廠Springbank，一間是Kilkerran(Glengyle)，另一間就是Glen Scotia酒廠。酒廠能夠存活到現在，就是因為他們堅持傳統的製程，呈現給世人絕佳風味的威士忌。 Glen Scotia's 2015 發行，Victoriana 品牌大使特別挑選重燒焦橡木桶熟成風味酒質，原酒強度裝瓶51.5%。 行家報告~ 色澤：金色 氣味：優雅橡木，烤麵包，糖，柑橘皮 口感：水果，核果，深色水果漿果汁 尾韻：中長，水果，黑巧克力 |
| Glen Scotia Victoriana Exceptinally Rare Bottling Note~ A 2015 release from Glen Scotia's new (redesigned) range, Victoriana is made with whisky drawn from casks specially selected by their master blender, finished in heavily charred oak casks and bottled at 51.5% ABV. Tasting Note~ Color: Gold. Nose: Elegantly oak-y, with notes of toasty sugar and citrus peels. Palate: More fruit forward on the nose, with dark berry juiciness at its core. Finish: Orchard fruits dusted with dark chocolate. |
