Aberlour A'bunadh Batch 45 亞伯樂 雪莉桶原酒 第45批次 (700ml 60.2%) a'bunadh在原意為"原始的風貌",,酒廠取名即意寓回歸到19世紀酒廠創始人JamesFleming那時候的製酒風貌,採取不經稀釋也不經冷凝過濾,將最傳統的威士忌呈現給愛好者。在生產a’bundha時,酒廠透過專門的選酒小組,以極嚴格的標準進行選桶,選酒小組每個批次會在Oloroso雪莉桶中進行陳年的原酒中挑出約45~100桶, 然後將這先精心挑選出的原酒經過勾兌後裝瓶上市。當中雖然有年輕的酒款,不過畢竟是少數;一般的平均年齡約在12至15年之間。勾兌完成後以cask strength 的方式進行裝瓶。因為如此嚴格的生產方式使得a'bunadh 有著異於Aberlour其他產品的風格及表現方式。 80年代大多都使用高級雪莉桶,現今流行使用波本桶或換桶,亞伯樂保留傳統,只為了呈現最頂級的品質給挑剔的您。 行家報告~ 色澤:銅金紅色 氣味:重雪莉,麥芽,核桃,黑巧克力,丁香 口感:水果肉,果香,橙橘,黑櫻桃,強烈的聖誕香料蛋糕 尾韻:長,潮濕煙草,摩卡,甜雪利酒 誰說雪莉就一定比泥煤的酒體淡弱,這款絕對是值得一嘗的,濃厚重雪莉單一麥芽威士忌! |
Aberlour A'bunadh Batch 45 Bottling Note~ Aberlour's A'Bunadh series has reached its 45th batch! As ever, this excellent Highland single malt has been drawn in Spanish Oloroso Sherry butts and bottled at cask strength - this time weighing in a 60.2% ABV. Fabulous masterpiece! Master Blender:Graeme Cruickshank Tasting Note~ Color:Burnished copper. Nose: Heavily Sherried malt, walnuts, dark chocolate and clove. Palate: Sweeter and fruitier on the palate, with bags of orange segments and black cherries developing against the intense Christmas spices. Finish: A little bit of damp tobacco lingers alongside Mocha and sweet Sherry. Top quality Sherry bomb single malt! |
