| DALMORE 35 years Bottling Note~ Bottled at 40% abv, Dalmore 35 has been aged in a Bourbon barrel, a Matusalem Sherry butt and a colheita Port pipe. It will be available to purchase from specialist retailers around the world, with 1,000 bottles scheduled for release every year for five years. The rare whisky has been aged in three different casks over a 35-year period. Tasting Note~ Color :Satin wood amber gold with facets of freshly polished copper. Nose :Crushed almonds, coffee mousse, soft liquorice and ginger bread. Palate: Dark treacle cake, freshly ground Java coffee and banana bread. Finish: Roasted chestnuts, raisins and intense orange peel. |
