| Jack Daniel's Silver Select Single Barrel Bottling Note~ A gorgeous Tennessee whiskey from Jack Daniel's, Silver Select is bottled at higher strength and the result is plenty of rich sweetness and complexity. Each barrel is aged in a different location within the warehouse for a better maturation. Tasting Note~ Nose: Zesty citrus and pepper on the nose, with hints of crème caramel, cooked banana, burnt sugar and cinnamon. Palate: Rich, thick palate with a big whack of sweet spices, vanilla, custard apples and pine resin. This develops on salt caramel and cedar. Finish: Long, spicy finish with caramelised sugar and stewed fruit. |
