Nose: Sweet malt and hints of figs. Sultanas, orange rind and a touch of walnut develop. A little toasted oak, sea air and tropical fruit. Palate:Oaky, toasty nose with soft sherry and fruit. Guava and cantaloupe, a little caramel and barley wine. Finish:Long, spicy finish with oak and hints of dried apricot. |
