| BRUICHLADDICH Islay Barley 2007 布萊迪 2007 艾雷島大麥 (700ml 50%) 在蘇格蘭面對大西洋的西部海岸，孕育了此優質單一純麥蘇格蘭威士忌系列的第三款佳釀。擁有100%艾雷島DNA，製成這款經典威士忌的穀物，乃專為布萊迪種植，來自於MARK以及ROHAISE FRENCH所經營的ROCKSIDE農場，於2006年收成，2007年蒸餾。 經長時間蒸餾，慢慢地帶出細緻的油脂，融合大麥的香氣，並使用精挑細選的木桶，儲放這些帶有香氣的酒，產生香氣迷人、繁複的威士忌酒。布萊迪深信風土條件是釀酒的關鍵。突出、道地、獨特，這就是土壤與威士忌的完美柔和。 行家報告~ 色澤：溫暖的蜂蜜色 氣味：艾雷島香氣令感官心醉神迷，石南花香，濃郁杜松、山楂，百里香，綠色葡萄，哈蜜瓜，洋梨，鳳梨，成熟水果，肉桂粉。 口感：口感乾淨，柑橘，圓滑中高度酒體，推薦純飲才能層層感受它所帶來艾雷麥，無泥煤豐富口感。 尾韻：酒體所帶出的刺激感，伴隨著舌兩旁鹹味餘味，香濃奶油韻於尾中長慢慢消失。 |
| BRUICHLADDICH Islay Barley 2007 Bottling Note~ The 2006 bottling was one of our favourite whiskies of 2015 - a delicious, unpeated, pure expression of the grain. This year's allocation is pitifully small. From barley harvested at Rockside Farm, Islay, in 2006 and distilled in 2007, expect a malt of genuine Islay provenance derived from the "...the sea salt spray lashed fields". Non chill filtered. 88 points - Jim Murray's Whisky Bible 2016 Tasting Note~ Color: Gold. Nose: Fresh, fruit notes of orange peel with a touch of minerality. Then creaminess comes in, with lemon-meringue-pie aromas. Palate: Very fresh on the palate, with subtle citrus notes, then the rich creaminess takes over. Despite the high ABV, adding water isn’t necessary here. Finish:Tingling saltiness balances well with the rich, creamy notes. |
