| Single Sherry Cask Glenfarclas aged for 26 Years. Exclusive for the Taiwanese market. One of 2400 bottles. Tasting Note~ Color: Gold amber. Nose: Cuban cigars, Sauternes, some rosewater, perhaps some late-harvest gewürztraminer , Tokaji Eszencia. honeyed and 'quince notes. Palate: Exceptional wood, and dried fruits. Litchis, pears, bananas, dates, apricots, raisins, figs... It is amazing whisky. Also love the toasted brioche in it. Beehive, beeswax, honey, royal jelly. Finish: Long, very raisiny, perhaps just a tad too tannic towards the aftertaste. “Bravo” grade piece of ART! |
