Tasting Note~
Color: Gold/amber.
Nose: Extremely notes of apple juice. other fruity notes start like oranges, tangerines, a little mango, ripe bananas… Really beautiful, a little smoke to spice all that up,fresh parsley, Hints of amaretto, olive oil, argan oil. dried oranges, old books, propolis.! love this nose.
Palate: Magnificent, The mouth is ‘dried oranges’. Truckloads of dried oranges, plus tangerines, pink grapefruits… really full-bodied, with a creamy mouth feel. Almost like the very best cuvees of Grand-Marnier, minus the sugar. Then we have some huge waxy notes, old rum, raisins (sultanas), marzipan… A beautiful sherry, at that. It gets then very bitter, but beautifully so, with lots of herbs, cardamom, bitter almonds, maybe some olive oil.
Finish: Very long, as expected
