Glenfiddich Vintage 1974 36 years 格蘭菲迪 1974 36年 (700ml 46.8%) 於全球單一純麥威士忌業界享有「蘇格蘭老酒銀行」美譽的格蘭菲迪Glenfiddich，歷年來持續推出多款Vintage系列典藏酒款，贏得全球威士忌愛好者一致的迴響。為了回應威士忌收藏家們的熱切期盼，首度由首席調酒師布萊恩金斯曼(Brian Kinsman) 帶領全球共13位品牌大使進行聯合選桶，共同打造格蘭菲迪Glenfiddich Vintage Reserve 1974年單一純麥威士忌。這款首次匯集全球13位格蘭菲迪品牌大使的熱情與專業聯合打造的典藏酒款，乃是以數支風味出眾的1974年份波本桶裝桶而成，全球限量1,000瓶，台灣僅推出100支供威士忌鑑賞家收藏。 行家報告~ 嗅覺︰濃烈的橡木桶辛香味，帶有木質和香草的香甜氣息，結合些許的皮革味。加入少量的水，將能釋放出新鮮的水果和香料味，包含橙果、梅果、肉桂、焦糖梨和肉荳蔻的香氣。 口感︰最初的口感如同香草太妃糖般滑順，隨著時間的推移，橡木散發出和緩的口感。並且在加入一點水後，口感變成如同天鵝絨柔軟而醇厚，並富有水果和香料的香甜滋味，以及融合橡木桶製造出來的淡淡煙霧感。 尾韻︰風味持久而濃厚、溫潤，橡木和果香融合的絲滑口感將縈繞於舌尖。 |
| Glenfiddich Vintage 1974 36 years Bottling Note~ A small release of 1974 vintage Glenfiddich, selected by Malt Master Brian Kinsman, Global Brand Ambassador Ian Millar, Hans-Henrik Hansen, owner of the world's largest Glenfiddich collection, and the 13 local brand ambassadors from around the world. Unlike previous Rare Collection releases it's a vatting of a few casks to give more people a chance to get their hands on a bottle, although with only 1000 available it's still a rare treat. Tasting Note~ Nose: Rich Oak release spice and wood note, easy to identify vanilla, leather, orange, plum, cinnamon, masala, cardamon Taste : Entry with vanilla, toffee smooth, then getting warm and thick on palate, fruity and spice merge with oak age release smoke note Finish: Thank to 1974 long period of maturation , release thick and aromatic body with long length, warm with smooth oaky and fruity after taste. |
