| Hidden Distillery Series 1977 38 years 隱藏酒廠系列 1977 38年 (700ml 47.5%) 這瓶酒來自Quality Spirits International Limited (簡稱QSI)，QSI是格蘭父子 (William Grant & Sons)的子公司，業務性質類似裝瓶廠的位階，主要是受託客製化品項或代工生產低單價的平價酒，幾乎沒出過單價高的東西(市場上已經有自家的百富跟菲迪，避免價位區間重疊)。 這次這批1977年份麥芽威士忌原酒是QSI初次嘗試比較high end(高年份高單價)的新品，原酒來源依合約規定不得標示酒廠(僅口頭暗示)，明確告知不稀釋不調色，為1977年蒸餾的蘇格蘭麥芽威士忌(產區本來標示speyside,後來為了不讓人有與其母公司任何聯想，改標示為High Land產區，只是酒裡加了點High Land地區的酒)。 這瓶酒的香氣、口感、尾韻皆屬上乘，品質對比市售知名的30年single malt有過之而無不及。雪莉桶的調性明顯(不是重雪莉)，香氣高雅，口感細緻，尾韻綿長。38年的酒齡，體現在每滴酒液的不凡與細緻。 |
