Bottled by our own fair hands during Fèis Ìle 2014 (the Islay whisky festival), the whisky in question was distilled in 1995 and matured for nearly 19 years in a single 1st fill Oloroso Cask.
Fèis Ìle - known as "Festival of Malt and Music". Each year at the end of May, with events and tastings celebrating the cultural heritage of the island. No filtration here either (we even turned down the sieve)- it went straight from cask to bottle so there's a load of charcoal goodness in there too! Each bottle also comes with its own bag and certificate of authenticity
