| Highland Park 1964 Orcadian Vintage Series 高原騎士 1964 (700ml 42.2%) 為了完美呈現、襯托這兩款精心釀製的高原騎士單一純麥威士忌Highland Park 1964、高原騎士單一純麥威士忌Highland Park 1968威士忌，酒瓶更是別出心裁的精心設計，與一般的酒瓶不同。 酒瓶是烏黑發亮的黑色，酒瓶瓶底是鐘的形狀，酒瓶頸部附有識別的金屬薄片，瓶蓋是閃閃發光的銀質金屬作成的；酒瓶正面是少見由白鑞作成的「H」標誌。 高原騎士單一純麥威士忌Highland Park 1964，是極為珍貴、年份45年的頂級單一純麥威士忌，將只有限量290瓶，是由存放在兩桶不同橡木桶的威士忌調製而成，酒精成份42.2%。 行家報告~ 色澤：金色 氣味：卓越的沒話說！樟樹，老蠟紙，煙燒木，檀香，蜂蜜，橙花水，薄荷甜酒，幹草藥利口酒，留蘭香，杏桃，茉莉花。 口感：成熟橘子，花椒，麥糖，香草，苦可可，許多香料於年輕的威士忌，以及精品陳年威士忌香料，丁香，肉桂，肉荳蔻。 尾韻：中長，頂級橡木帶出優雅的口感，薄荷，松樹，樹脂。 |
| Highland Park KIRKWALL ORKNEY 1964 Bottling Note~ Whisky comes from two hogsheads fermentation. Tasting Note~ Color: Gold. Nose: exceptional! Vibrant and nervous starting ,very ‘widely’ with many aromas arising right at first nosing. We get quite some camphor, old waxed paper, hints of burnt wood, rather big notes of sandalwood and church incense, quite some honey, orange blossom water, mint liqueurs, dry herbal liqueurs, spearmint, apricots, whiffs of jasmine coming through after a while, fantastic. Palate: notes of ancient oranges, Szechuan pepper, barley sugar (right, that can be found in young whiskies as well), natural vanilla, bitter cocoa, many many spices (let’s call that the old-whisky spice mix, with cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and other spices). Finish: Medium long, with the oak starting to appear more clearly, but always in an elegant manner. Some mint and pine resin like often in very, very old casks. |
