為了慶祝拉佛格建廠200週年，酒廠推出此款限定版威士忌，這款酒在同一個橡木桶陳年超過三十年，儲放在第一次的雪莉桶中。因此帶有非常明顯的橡木桶風味，包括蛋糕、堅果及辛香料的氣息，同時具備了老酒的複雜度與平衡，呈現出此款威士忌的珍稀與成熟度。這款威士忌焦糖風味極為明顯，入口後黑巧克力與肉豆蔻的風味特別強烈，最後則是雪莉橡木桶的尾韻作收。
Laphroaig's 200th anniversary celebrations have been leading up to this extraordinary bottling of rare single malt Scotch whisky from Islay all through 2015. Just 5,880 bottles of this exclusively first-fill Oloroso Sherry cask matured 32 year old Laphroaig have been produced.
Testing Note~
Nose: Lots of sticking plasters (especially noticeable in this bottling) up front with muscovado and a rich cherry bakewell spine.

Testing Note~
Nose: Lots of sticking plasters (especially noticeable in this bottling) up front with muscovado and a rich cherry bakewell spine.
Palate: Very svelte mouthfeel, well integrated smoke mingles with prominent cocoa, just a touch of seaweed giving this heavily Sherried malt a sense of place and plenty of cinnamon spice.
Finish: Very long, initial dark Christmas cake with coal ash coming through.
