| Highland Park 2001 Bottling Note~ One litre bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland Park distillery, which was distilled in 2001 and bottled in 2012. With a good portion of the whisky having been matured in American oak casks, this is a smoky though sweet dram, pairing classic notes of peat and vanilla. This was originally released for Travel Retail. Tasting Note~ Color:Gold Nose:Ginger,spice,almond, slightly honey note. Palate:Sweet honey and vanilla, rise up with elegant heather , honey , cinnamon, dry fruit. Finish:Long and lasting, sweety and mature woody taste. |
