| The BALVENIE Tun 1509 Batch No.2 百富 1509 第二批次 (700ml 50.3%) 百富首席調酒師大衛史都華最新作品，延續之前TUN 1401, TUN 1858使用融合桶小批次製酒的方式。精選了數十個高年份的珍稀威士忌酒桶，包括美國傳統橡木桶，歐洲雪莉桶等，置於1509桶之中勾兌融合數個月，創造出複雜又豐富的風味。 第二批次精選了32個高年份酒桶，其中9個是歐洲雪莉桶；23個美國傳統橡木桶。非冷凝過濾，酒精濃度50.3%。 行家報告~ 聞香：芬芳的蜂蜜，柑橘皮，甜美的橡木香草，伴隨著淡淡的生薑辣味。 口感：綜合著優雅的蜂蜜甜及美味的柑橘，以及柔和的香草口感。隨後嘗到輕微的肉桂，生薑及肉豆蔻。 尾韻：悠長淡雅。 |
| The BALVENIE 1509 Batch No.2 Bottling Note~ Ooh, the second batch of Balvenie Tun 1509 is here! The follow-up to the distillery's incredibly popular Tun 1401 series, Tun 1509 is made with a bigger marrying tun and continues to be absolutely fantastic. For the second batch, they used 32 casks - 23 American oak casks and 9 European oak Sherry casks, and allowed to marry for a few months before being bottled at 50.3% ABV. 8500 bottles were produced in total. Tasting Note~ Color:Bright Amber Gold. Nose:a gentle, bourbon heavy nose. The European oak casks mostly seem to have left a spicy stamp. Nutmeg and ginger. Lots of citrusy notes, orange zest and lemon. Greengages. Soft touches of blush powder and lipstick. Hints of toasted oak. In line with batch #1, but maybe slightly less fruity. Palate:sweet and spicy. Lots of white pepper, aniseed and ginger. This time slightly more fruits (berries, oranges, apricots), cake and honeyed notes. Finish:long, with some woody notes, cinnamon and mint. |
