| GLENDRONACH 15 years Revival 格蘭多納 15年 絕版 (700ml 46%) 從在蘇格蘭高地山丘邊的家，格蘭多納酒廠製作最好的雪莉單一麥芽威士忌已經兩百多了。James Allardice 在1826年創立了酒廠。格蘭多納在1960年被Willian Teacher & Sons 買下。更在1966年的時候將酒廠的蒸餾器從兩個擴充到四個並且維持著傳統及手工的製作方法。在2008年的時候，由三位合夥人Billy Walker, Geoff Bell & Wayne Keiswetter將格蘭多納從保樂力佳購入並且賦予酒廠新生命。堅持著獨立酒廠的傳統原則，堅持做出高品質的威士忌而不是數量多的威士忌。但同時也給予更多的創造性、靈活性以及和客戶保有更親密的關係。 行家報告~ 色澤：暗黃色、無添加焦糖自然色。 香氣：像太妃蜜糖、巧克力和橘子的風味。些許的堅果和香草味。 口感：濃郁帶勁豐富的酒體，外帶柔軟的咖啡、巧克力、橘子和烤餅味。 尾韻：濃郁甜果香和些許辛香味。 |
| GlenDronach Revival Bottling Note~ This 15 year old Glendronach marks the release of whisky under new distillery ownership. Matured in Oloroso sherry casks, this was awarded a Silver Medal at the 2009 Malt Maniacs Awards. Tasting Note~ Color:Deep burnished copper color. Nose:A sensational sherry hue. The nose offers one of the most amazingly sherry influenced bouquets we’ve ever experienced. It instantly seduces with a powerful fresh honey and toast lift. Heavier fruit marmalade-like scents emerge with an amalgam of spices and a very subtle menthol undertone. Time in the glass yields even richer notes of nougat and caramel. Palate:Almost as generous on the palate, it offers a decadent malt - richly infused with honey and spice, the initial sweet burst beautifully counterpointed by drying oak and a late, softly smoky surge. Warming spirit. Finish:Finishes with a long, delicate dried apricot and spice aftertaste. A must try - even if just to experience this whisky's remarkable aromatics. |
