Distilled：October 1978 Bottled：February 2014 Bottle Num： 351 BT Cask Type: Sherry hogshead Tasting note~ Color: Tawny Gold. Nose:Slightly cardboard. Certainly some hay, oatcakes, light honey, touches of sherry… Then a little green tea, leaves, raw potatoes. Palate: A little toffee, hazelnuts, marzipan, marmalade, hints of wormwood, liquor ice, and orange cake. Then a little more oak but everything’s under control in a balance way. Finish: Medium long, with more spices from the oak. |
