「Tempest（風暴）」系列為艾雷島上誕生的第一款單一麥芽威士忌，酒如其名，由具有熱情的人們精心培育，打造具體呈現座落於壯麗崎嶇的島嶼與海浪洶湧拍打的波摩酒廠個性。溫暖的黃金色澤，由第一次裝桶的波本桶帶來爆發力十足的檸檬、胡椒香氣。熟成於低於海平面的一號酒窖，經騰湧浪濤日以繼夜持續拍打，賦予酒液自然的海鹽與深層泥煤味，極端複雜、個性十足，卻又擁有波摩著稱的平衡感，Tempest VI 狂野卻也收放自如的魅力，唯有親身體驗方能深刻明瞭。 行家報告~ 色澤：溫暖的金色。 香氣：薄荷、椰子、香草，泥煤與海風味。 口感：熱帶水果、柳橙，波摩溫暖濃郁的泥煤海風，杏仁和柑橘在最後透出增添平衡與複雜感。 餘味：新鮮的檸檬胡椒，堅果、香草、淡淡的煙燻和柑橘。 |

Bowmore Tempest Bottling Note~
From the oldest distillery on Islay comes the fifth release of Bowmore's 10 year old Tempest single malt Scotch whisky. This annual release is matured in first-fill bourbon casks and presented at cask strength. These often go down a storm, especially with fans of peated whisky. Tasting Note~ Nose: Barley, Rich Tea biscuits, peach, hint of lime pickle, blackberry and cinnamon. Palate: Tinned mandarin slices, sweet nougat, vanilla and gentle peat interwoven throughout. Finish: Lemon, peach and sea salt. Overall: Fruity, peaty and a bit of a sweety |
